Great write-up Meg, far superior analysis of events, well done! Some tips Penny showed were new to me. Like the pinning of your opponents arms to her chest while you are on top, thus enabling free and easy access for ezekiels. And the use of the bulgy bit on your ulna bone to attack the carotid - I've always been taught to use the blade of the 'knife' hand, well I think that's what Royce Gracie showed me when I first learned it. But ulna bone method is mean and nasty...loved it!
Thanks, Meerkatsu, but I liked the personal flavour and humor of yours :D It was excellent! I really like meeting men and women outside of competition to have a little play and bask in our shared love of BJJ. Penny's absolutely super and the FightWorksPodcast interview is really interesting.

Overall, a celebration of jiu-jitsu.
